You have helped us clear two houses, both of great emotional significance for the family and you have done it all in a discreet but close way, with an enviable capacity to solve problems as they arose.
After that, we have come along to House Clearance Sales that you have organised in different locations on the island.  They are meetings where I have always come across some object, big or small, that has been of use or has helped me create my surroundings into a  prettier or more comfortable place. All that, and at a good price!

I like Sophie's sales because they start on time, the items on sale are reliable and as for the prices there is a bit of everything. Good things, pretty things, some cheap things and some not so cheap. The final balance however is positive. We enjoy the events and come into contact with others with whom we share similar interests.

Rastrillo Portobello is something of a rarity on this island.
A visit to one of the sales is "an experience":- you can give a new lease of life to
items that have belonged to someone else, come across curiosities, or beautiful
pieces and at good prices, as well as enjoy the pleasant atmosphere at the events.

The shop in Guamasa is marvellous, Sophie manages to create a very special energy and always gives you a warm welcome and a nice cup of tea.
I think the work she does is great as it contributes to responsible consumer habits, recycling and manages to give her client's homes a chic and vintage style for which we are grateful. You will always be surprised by the things you can find....Sophie's sales are nostalgic trips which will bring a smile to your face.
